How to Receive – Not Achieve – Your Real Identity

How do you understand you?

From looking outwardly to please others to looking inwardly to define ourselves, we are all constantly trying to cultivate our identities. What does it mean, therefore, when Christ calls us to lose our selves for His sake?

Discover how through “losing yourself,” you’ll find an identity bolstered with unassailable confidence, strengthened for the challenges of life, and freed from the whims of cultural pressure. It is an identity received, not achieved–it is an identity established in the gospel. In Stop Trying you’ll understand why defining your identity outside of Jesus Christ is ultimately fragile, hollow, and unsatisfying. Become grounded in theology and delight in a dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ that helps you know who you are by knowing Him.
