A beautiful oval pendant with an open cut five-way cross contains all sybmols of First Communion with wheat stalks and a chalice. The emphasis on the Holy Eucharist makes this an ideal gift for First Communion.

A feminine 5 Way medal with a raised chalice in the center makes for a great First Communion gift. The pendant has a thick hand etched border and the classic images of a 5-way medal which include the Sacred Heart, Miraculous, St. Joseph and St. Christopher. On the back of the pendant are the images of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and the M symbol for the Miraculous.
