Saint Alexandra of Ancient Rome, also known as Priscilla, was married to the Roman Emperor Diocletian, who persecuted Christians. She was a pagan herself who came to believe in Christ after learning of the courage and miracles of Saint George. This led to her martyrdom as her husband had her executed along with St. George days later.

This medal features an image of St. Alexandra with the words ‘SAINT ALEXANDRA PRAY FOR US’ inscribed around the edge.
