VA317211654369St Florian Medal

In this classic depiction of Saint Florian we find his image on this pendant as that of a strong Roman soldier holding a shield. In his hands is a barn or house which he is to protect from fire. Saint Florian is the patron saint of Fire Fighters, Poland and upper Austria.

This round St. Florian Medal is the perfect size for everyday wear. The raised center image is so handsome and full of detail. It’s an amazing devotional design for such a special saint.

This very popular firefighter shield-shaped necklace has great styling and meaning. Not too big and not too small. Notice the textured background and the fine detailing of the shield? The raised image of Saint Florian in the center of the pendant is excellent too. A quality piece he (or she) will love wearing as a sign of protection against harm.

Now patron saint of firefighters, St. Florian was once an officer in the Roman army and saved an entire burning village with a single bucket of water.
