What makes this Miraculous medal unique is the positioning of Mary in the center of the pendant. She is standing with a side profile. There is a gradual rectangular shape to the pendant with beads and slight oxidation in the corners for a blackened look.

The text reads ‘O Mary Conceived Without Sin Pray For Us Who Have Recourse To Thee’ on the front. On the back is the classic M symbol with hearts and stars.
