We think this pendant makes for a great First Communion gift for a young girl or birthday gift too! The Miraculous Medal is a perfect size for a young girl to wear. The oval medal is made of sterling silver. An image of the Miraculous Mary is found in the center and the text on the raised border reads ‘Oh Mary Conceived Without Sin Pray For Us Who Have Recourse To Thee’.
