A skip-counting story with a heartfelt message about the Good Shepherds love.

Cobie the Sheep did not like his number. Each day, when Shep counted his flock, Cobie was always lastSheep 100. If I disappeared, no one would even notice, he thought, as once again he wandered away from the safety of the flock. But when Cobie finds himself lost and in real danger, he learns just how much the good shepherd loves all his sheep, even Sheep 100.

Inspired by the biblical parable of the lost sheep, this lively picture book will help readers begin to understand Jesus as the Good Shepherd as they watch Shep count and care for each sheep. The story also offers a delightful way to learn to skip count as readers join in to count each wooly friend by ones, twos, fives, and tens.

With tons of characters to skip count, Where Is Sheep 100? ends with a counting challenge and discussion questions, leaving kids with not only solid learning about numbers but also heartfelt learning about Jesus love for them.
